Distance selling regulations allow for a cooling off period of 7 days from receipt of goods. Customers may return specified goods without reason within this period for a refund. Goods returned must be unused, complete, in their original condition and packaging. The cost of returning and insuring the goods will be borne by the customer.
In addition to any manufacturer warranties, all products, except consumables, are covered by our 12-month warranty. If you wish to return a faulty item you must first contact the company for prior authorisation.
Should any item malfunctions prove to be the result of abnormal use not intended for the purpose of the item or as a result of unskilled usage then the company retains the right of any costs arising from such investigations.
Under no circumstances shall the FHT be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
