Shipping policy

Orders placed after Thursday 18th December will be processed on our return from the Christmas Break on Monday 5th January 2026. Our emails, social media and telephones will not be attended during this time. We wish all of our members a happy and peaceful festive season.

Tracking is available for parcels over 2kg, sent by Parcelforce Worldwide.

Please contact us for delivery charges on all orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Eire and overseas.

Delivery timescales:

Products ordered Monday to Friday (exc. bank holidays), will be dispatched within 5 working days (subject to stock availability).

Timescales are provided in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery, please provide an address where someone will be available to accept it. All delivery instructions should be stated at the time of ordering. FHT cannot accept responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside their control causing late delivery. Neither FHT, nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
